Hi Im updating to v1.4 via the admin panel update link, now its just stopped with the Auto-Updating... Please Wait message, its been like this for ages what should I do now?

Go ahead and restart your browser.

You'll need to manually remove Unify from your server, and upload the updated version through FTP. Let me know if you have any problems, and we'll get it sorted out.
